Hello!
I am Kavita, founder and coach at Wellness Boss. 20 years in sustainability, creating sustainable spaces for people, has served me a foundation to understanding how to create nurturing environments for ones body, mind, soul and that informs my holistic approach to coaching at Wellness Boss.
My mission is to help busy professionals navigate health and wellness conditions towards vitality of life through coaching.
Adhering to the naturopathic principle that 'the body can heal itself when nurtured with the right environment', my coaching practice is client-centred focus.
I am a certified Health Coach, graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and a registered practitioner with the Association of Naturopathic Practitioner (ANP), committed to ongoing professional development.
